About One Motion.
One Motion is the motion technology brand of Actionpaq, based in Rogers, Arkansas. We build direct drives that turn electrical power straight into motion: one transfer of energy, watts straight to torque.
Actionpaq spent more than a decade in the parts business serving OEMs, and that is where the idea for One Motion was born. Once the technology proved itself in plants, we went all in on it.
Our history.
- 2016
Powered Pulley
Our first Powered Pulleys went into a major snack food producer’s facility in Indiana.
- 2017
Powered Hub
Servo replacement and smart belt feeding systems.
- 2018
Powered Multi‑Drive
Independent drums on one shaft, built for product merge systems.
- 2019
IPPE
We introduced MagDrive direct drives to the poultry industry at the International Production & Processing Expo.
- 2020
A new poultry facility
A major protein producer’s new poultry facility, running 400+ MagDrives, and eight new poultry OEMs.
- 2021
1,000+ at one snack food facility
More than 1,000 drives installed at that same snack food facility. New 406 mm (16") and 45 mm (1¾") MagDrives, and new customers in food manufacturing and prepared foods.
- 2022
Powered Shaft
A 300 ppm high-speed merge for a cheese producer, and 2,500+ drives installed with that protein producer.
- 2026
CorTex, GUS and the Delta Robot
CorTex learns each connected drive’s normal pattern and flags changes. GUS, Guided User Support, puts our engineering knowledge in everyone’s hands, free. And the One Motion Delta Robot brings direct drive to a stainless, IP69K delta robot.
Today.
Drives that last make motion reliable. CorTex makes it intelligible. GUS makes it usable.
- SideDriveA drop-in replacement for a motor and gearbox, on the mounts you already have.
- PulleyDrivePowered pulleys you can configure online, with the part number and 3D model.
- CorTexIndustrial intelligence that learns each connected drive’s normal pattern.
- GUSGuided User Support: our engineering knowledge, free for everyone.
- Delta RobotA 316 stainless, IP69K delta robot with a direct drive in every arm. (opens in a new tab)
